A barge-like structure that would offer kayakers and other river goers a chance to dock up, take shelter and perhaps enjoy a swing in a hammock while enjoying the sights in the middle of the Willamette River.
Base of floating structure could be constructed of recycled plastic bottles or from more traditional pontoons/wood style dock. Wicking gardens/lawn would be a bonus as well as the potential for a night-time fire pit.
